What is Fire & Pine?

Fire and Pine creates beautiful burnt wooden pieces of engraved artwork that depict maps, historical drawings, U.S. patents, drawings and custom designs. Our other products include:
  • Packs of 10 or 20 custom wood ornaments with fine engraved details
  • Sets of 6 square and circle-shaped slate coasters that depict artwork across all 6 coasters.
We sell to gift stores, boutiques and markets. Our focus from the very beginning has been to provide products that are beautiful, creative and friendly to our world.

Faire is a great buying solution for customers who want to have just a few Fire & Pine products in their shop. It is a little easier to order and Faire regularly offers additional ordering promotions.

You also have the option to order through one of our fantastic rep groups. You will receive a more personalized service and access to dozens of other company product lines that can help fill out your store.

Any design and product available on our website is generally available to any wholesale customer.
You may sell our maps on your website as long as they are products you current offer in stock. You may also sell these on your social media accounts. You are not permitted to sell these products on Etsy, eBay, or Amazon.

Faire offers you free returns and refunds on products.

To qualify for a return, the order must be:

  • Your first purchase with that specific brand.
  • Processed before your return window ends.
  • Faire does not allow returns for any testers purchased.

Fire and Pine’s order process is as easy as 1-2-3.

  • Choose your artwork from thousands of designs through our online catalog. Or allow our design team to create the perfect custom artwork for your target audience.
  • Choose your package. Order individual pieces or choose from ready made packages.
  • Choose color schemes and sizes. We offer 6 beautiful colors that complement any room. Our shapes include square, rectangle and panoramic with sizes that range from 7.25 x 12 inches to 15 x 46,5 inches.

Faire is more for customers who want to have just a few Fire & Pine products in their shop.

Ordering directly through our website offers a more robust selection of products and is intended for our higher volume buyers. You can also qualify for additional volume discounts by ordering directly through our website.

Our direct wholesale process also puts you in touch with our brand ambassador and a customer service team with the most product knowledge.

There is no additional cost for us to create a customer map for your store, we actually encourage it! From our store page, choose “New Custom Map #1” and choose your quantities, sizes, and colors. New custom maps require a minimum of 5 total pieces, but no cost minimum. Be sure to put in the notes section the area or type of map you desire. Our creative team will reach out to you with an initial proof within a few days. Please provide as much information on what you would like in your design as to minimize revisions. If you would like multiple custom designs, use “New Custom Map #2” and “New Customer Map #3”.
Once we ship you your initial order of you custom design, it will have a UPC sticker on the back of every piece. This sticker will include a unique SKU (example, SC271). When you place a reorder through Faire, select Existing Custom Map #1, #2, or #3 and choose your quantities, sizes, and colors. Then, in the notes section, let us know which SKU goes with each Existing Custom Map number.
Any design and product available on our website is generally available to any wholesale customer.

We review applications 1-3 business days after they are submitted. We will reach out to you to discuss what we can do to earn your business and what types of product would work best in your shop!

Lead times often vary by season. Feel free to call us at 800-244-3123 to inquire about our currently lead times. All Fire & Pine is made to order and we are unable to stock any items for “quick ship”.
We do not protect territories, but we also are not jerks about it. We assess every wholesale applicants location and make a determination based on many factors, such as area density and number of existing customers in the area. We are not looking to put stores on top of one another.
Upon request, we are happy to design a map just for you and your shop. This design will not be available to any other store or our website. As long as you are making regular purchases (at least 2 orders per calendar year and over $500), your exclusive map will remain exclusive.
You may sell our maps on your website as long as they are products you current offer in stock. You may also sell these on your social media accounts. You are not permitted to sell these products on Etsy, eBay, or Amazon.

Payments are made by any major credit card through our online wholesale portal or over the phone.

Net Terms

To qualify for net terms, you may submit a request after 3 orders have been delivered and after spending over $3,000 in a calendar year.

Net terms are 30-60 days. Any order placed during a calendar month will be invoiced at the beginning of the following month and due by the end of that month.

All net term customers must submit payment via check, ACH, or wire. Credit card payments for net term customers will accrue a 3% surcharge.
