We review applications 1-3 business days after they are submitted. We will reach out to you to discuss what we can do to earn your business and what types of product would work best in your shop!

Fire and Pine’s order process is as easy as 1-2-3.

• Choose your artwork from thousands of designs through our online catalog. Or allow our artists to create exclusive artwork perfect for your target audience.
• Choose from our selection of curated packages, or purchase by product type.
• We offer 2 color scheme options depending on your product style choice. We have our 6 core colors for our burned products, and with printed you get the additional choice of a background color.
• With an expansive size range starting from our smallest: 7.25" x 10" all the way up to our largest statement sizes - 45" x 76

Your first order includes all custom art design at no extra cost - we actually encourage it! After the initial order is made we charge a $35 customization fee per design creation. This fee is waived, however, if $300 worth of product is purchased for each design created. One-off designs are also available upon request. Be sure when making your custom map request you provide as much information on what you would like in your design as to minimize revisions.

Any design and product available on our website is generally available to any wholesale customer.

Once we ship you your initial order of you custom design, it will have a SKU sticker on the back of every piece. This sticker will include a unique SKU (example, SC271). You can use this unique SKU to reorder your exclusive artwork.

Lead times often vary by season. Feel free to call us at 800-244-3123 to inquire about our currently lead times. All Fire & Pine is made to order and we are unable to stock any items for “quick ship."

Upon request, we are happy to design a map just for you and your shop. This design will not be available to any other store or our website. As long as you are making regular purchases (at least 2 orders per calendar year and over $500), your exclusive map will remain exclusive.

Payments are made by any major credit card through our online wholesale portal or over the phone.

All net term customers must submit payment via check, ACH, or wire. Credit card payments for net term customers will accrue a 3% surcharge.
