Process:
1) Pull and Deliver to DISPLAY LASERS enough HALF SHEETS and stickers to fulfill the order.
2) Measure material thickness and match to file design.
3) Laser cut the display with Sealed gloss side up, be careful not to sear the back of the board when cutting through.
4) Thoroughly clean components.
5) Use Lamination Jig to square pieces in proper order and use electric nail gun with 1/2" nails to adhere layers together.
6) Individually bag displays and deliver to Distribution with stickers, for shipping.
This beautifully detailed artwork is printed on pine wood. It is designed and printed by our Fire & Pine artists and craftsmen. 100% of our products are made at our facility in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
We use four different environmentally safe waterborne sealers and color paint coatings on every piece. Every piece of art we create is unique based on the wood grain profile and the light/dark contrast. Due to the nature of wood and our process, every piece will be unique in wood tone and grain texture.
